Diabetic patients should maintain a regular daily schedule and develop good living habits.
First and foremost, a proper routine ensures adequate sleep and rest. Diabetic patients of different age groups should plan their daily life and diet scientifically according to their work and living conditions.
They should avoid overwork, staying up late, smoking, and excessive drinking. Strenuous exercise is also not recommended, as it may cause hormonal changes in the body and lead to large fluctuations in blood glucose levels. In addition, intense exercise can easily raise blood pressure.
